Our Technology
MicrobiFix® is made from a unique blend of viscose and copper fibers, manufactured using needle-punch nonwoven technology. The needle-punch process mechanically bonds the fibers together without the use of adhesives or binders. This creates a strong, stable fabric structure that holds its form through repeated washing and heavy professional use.
Unlike typical solutions that use surface coatings or chemical treatments, the embedded copper fibers inhibit bacterial and fungal growth from directly within the cloth. These antibacterial properties are built into the material itself and do not wash out or degrade over time. The result is an antimicrobial cleaning cloth that stays cleaner for longer by preventing bacteria growth.

Most antibacterial cloths rely on chemical surface treatments that wash out over time. MicrobiFix® uses copper fibers integrated into the fabric itself. This means the antibacterial performance does not degrade with washing. It stays effective through repeated use.
