Beyond the base fabric, Noam Urim applies a range of functional treatments that determine how your product performs in use. All treatments are carried out in-house at our fully equipped facility, giving you a single point of contact from fiber selection through to finished, treated fabric.

Nonwoven Fabric Treatments & Formulation

Printing Surface printing in single or multi-color. Suitable for logos, patterns, usage instructions, or branding applied directly to the fabric. Available across most gsm ranges. We can advise on colorfast durability and print registration for your specific substrate.

Impregnation Pre-loading the fabric with a liquid formulation. Soaps, detergents, conditioners, sanitizers, or lotions. The fabric arrives at your facility or end user already saturated and ready to use. You can supply your own formula, or we can develop one for you. Used in our pre-soaped car wash sponges and DiniClean® shower wipes and pet bathing gloves.

Perforation Custom hole patterns applied to the fabric for drainage, airflow, product dispensing, or tear lines. Hole diameter and pitch specified to your requirements. Used in geotextile applications, aerospace breathers, and wipe formats.

Antimicrobial treatment Applied in-fiber or on the surface, our MicrobiFix® technology inhibits bacterial growth without affecting fabric feel or performance. Relevant for cleaning cloths, personal care products, and medical-adjacent applications. Treatment is certifiable – contact us for documentation.

Custom formulation Our R&D team develops liquid formulas for impregnation applications. If you have a product concept but no formula, we can co-develop it with you under NDA. If you have an existing formula, we replicate and apply it at scale.

Surface finish Heat calendering for a smooth, consolidated surface. Embossing for texture or pattern. Color-through fiber for consistent appearance across the cut edge. These are distinct from printed finishes, important if your application involves cut edges that will be visible in the final product.
